Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for the facility, aligning with Cascadia Healthcare's mission and values.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, revenue management, and cost control, with a strong command over financials.
• Cultivate strong relationships within the community and with healthcare partners to enhance the facility's reputation and services.
• Collaborate with the support team to optimize resources and drive operational efficiency.
• Uphold high standards of care and customer service, promoting a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• Active Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a proven track record of leadership and financial management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and quality standards in long-term care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
